Storage of contact form data

The data used on contact forms on this website will only be used by Geesinknorba Group (Emmeloord) for the purpose related to the forms, such as requests for information about our products and services, quotations or contact requests. This information will not be shared with 3rd parties. Only data that is filled in by the visitor will be saved; name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, organisation and any text provided. No other information will be collected.

This data will be saved for a period of maximum 2 years and will be deleted after this period. Within this period, we will delete or alter this data upon request without any obstruction. The storage of this data will take place on our secured exchange servers managed by our IT department and as backup in this website. Both systems comply to EU privacy regulations. There is a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our relevant suppliers.

The data from the contact forms will never be saved or processed in Analytics.

From the Analytics account of our webpartner ComSi there is no share of information with Google or other parties. Therefore, the Analytics cookie of ComSi is considered to be a non-privacy sensitive first-party cookie required to ensure the quality and safety of our website. The Analytics cookie is valid for a period of 6 months. The Google Analytics account is configured according to the privacy regulations. For the installation of the cookie we do not require consent of the visitor as long as we inform about it in the disclaimer.

IP addresses are masked

The Google Analytics cookie is anonymised in which the ip-address of visitors is being masked and cannot be traced to specific person or user. We do not share website statistics with Google and we do not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies. We also do not collect data for advertising purposes.
